Open Outlook by double clicking on the desktop icon or
finding it in your list of programs.
Find Tools on the menu bar, click it and drop
down to select Services.
Make sure you are on the Services tab.
If you already have Internet E-mail listed, click once to highlight it
then click on Properties. (Skip to number 5.)
If Internet E-mail is not listed, then click on the Add
button.
Select Internet E-mail and then click ok.
Fill in the following information on the General
tab:
Mail Account: Raw Bandwidth
Name: Your name the way you would like to see it on your email
messages.
Organization: Enter your company name. (Optional)
E-mail Address:
<username>@rawbw.com or<anyname>@<yourvirtual.dom>
Reply Address: Same as e-mail address above.
Click on the Servers tab and fill in the
following information:
Server Information- Incoming Mail (POP3): pop.rawbw.com Outgoing Mail (SMTP): smtp.rawbw.com
Incoming Mail Server- Account Name: Type the <username>
selected when the account was opened.
Password: Enter the <password> given on
the Account Information Sheet.
Click Ok.
Click the OK on the Add Services To
Profile screen.
Click OK on the Services
screen.
Close Outlook and reopen to save the changes.
You are now ready to send and receive mail.
Click on the Inbox icon once. This is where
your incoming e-mails will be found. When you log into Outlook it will
automatically check for new e-mail. To have it check again at any time, click on the
Send/Receive button on the tool bar.
