	Telnet to shell.rawbw.com. Click here for instructions on how to telnet.
	Type in pico .forward at the command promt.
	Type in the email address you would like to forward to in the PICO editor. Hold the Ctrl key on the keyboard down and push the x key to exit the PICO editor.
	Hit the y key on the keyboard to answer yes to the question, "Save modified buffer?".
	Hit the Enter key to agree writing to the .forward file. Send a test message to make sure your email is forwarding correctly to the new email address you specified.
