Windows 95/98 Dial-Up Networking Configurations

 

Double click the icon on your desktop.
Double click the icon.
Double click on the icon.

Type in Raw Bandwidth as a name for the computer you are dialing.

Click Next.

Fill in the Telephone Number field with the dial in telephone number your were provided on your Account Information Sheet or find your local access number on our list.

Click Next.

Click Finish to have your new Raw Bandwidth icon created.

Double click on the icon in the Dial-up Networking folder.

Fill in the User name field with a capital P and the username you selected when you opened your account. Fill in the password field with the password given to you on your Account Information Sheet.

Click Connect to have your computer dial.

If you ever need to change the phone number your computer dials, do the following:

 
	Dial-up Networking.
		1) Double click My Computer.
		2) Double click Dial-up Networking.
		3) Single click on the icon you created for 
	   	   Raw Bandwidth to highlight it.
		4) Go to the File menu and select 
	   	   Properties.
		5) Remove the phone number entered on the
	   	   General tab and replace it with 
	   	   the new number.
		6) Click OK.
